Farmall B w/ pneumatic Lift-All

I"m starting a new project, restoring my Father-in-law"s B. I believe it has a Lift-All option on it. There is a big cylinder mounted vertically on the left side-front area of the engine. He has a JD sprayer unit and belly mower mounted on it as well. I was wondering how common is this Lift-All option?
