Go with the double front, depending on how you mount the rims to the hubs, you can have four different width spacings between the tires, the closest spacing will result in the easiest steering, and the widest spacing will allow you to slog through a lot of gummy mud without clogging. We used to use an H for choring year round, plowed through belly deep mud more often than not, and never had one of those mud scrapers installed. Didn't need it.
