will 350 3-valve fit a 350 utility?

hi,
I bought a good working 3 valve off a full size 350 thinking it might fit a 350 utility. I got the thing home and it is huge, and I now have doubts that it would fit our utility. We are trying to fit our utility with a factory 2 point. It has power steering, and we bought a priority valve off a utility to divert the hydraulics. But I think we still need to get a set of valves off a utility and not a plain 350. any help would be appreciated
