756 Farmall carb problem?

I have a gas 756 Farmall which runs great if the choke is pulled out, but dies as soon as it is pushed in. Could the auto fuel shutoff solenoid on the carb be giving me trouble? It seems to start ok cold, but after it"s warm, the choke needs to be pulled out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
