Get yourself a tile probe and a metal detector! Man I wish that were buried close to me. Heck if I had time to go to you I'd try to buy it sunlight unseen and dig it up myself just for the adventure!. It may be in crappy condition but it may be fixable. I once broke a John Deere Hit-Miss out of a 4X4 block of concrete used to shore up a corncrib and it wasn't stuck. Same angry farmer did that one too I suppose. Have you ever read the artical in "Old Iron" about the 10-20 Titan found at the bottom of a mining lake. I think in UT. Pulled it out of 90ft of water and he takes it to shows now. It is probably in the early teens I would guess. a fellow near Ames IA always heard there was a steam engine burried in his yard. He dug it up. It was in pretty decent shape but had been stripped before beeing buried.
