International WD9 Value

I am interested if someone could tell me a ball park figure on what a WD9 is worth? I am not sure what year it is but it is in good shape - runs fine - real straight tin - average tires.
I have the oportunity to buy one and am just wondering what it is worth and what it would be worth with a coat of paint and decals. Located in North Dakota. Thanks in advance.
