It has new oil and a new filter, but like I say, when it is cranked over, oil is pumped into the filter bracket (which, like Keith & Shawn say, the gauge screws into). If the oil gets through the system and into the filter housing, something must be pushing it. Also, about the new filter not allowing pressure, does that mean that the filter is still usable?
