Running and complete is good. Tire condition can lower price by 5-600 dollars if they are poor Smoking means 500 or so W/O labor to rebuild correctly. (probably put new parts in a worn set of sleevs/pistons.) The charging system and condition of battery, lights, and cooling system are also unknowns. I'd start at $500 (unless some of the above are tested and good). JimN
