You can have your local machine shop make a puck
and use 3/4 allthread to remove them. You may be able to rent a puller. If the block is off the tractor you can take it to your local auto machine shop and have them to press them out and install the new sleeves. If you have a puck made it should be undercut to 3.980" in diameter to just fit inside the sleeve and the overall body of the puck should be 4.200" in diameter. You need to double check these dimensions since an oversize sleeve kit may have been used. Hal
