More than likely, however you should consult a good machine shop to make sure. Usually, dry sleeved engines can be repaired by boring out and putting a permanent sleeve back in. Then that permanent sleeve is bored to fit the replaceable liner. That way the block isn’t the wearing surface and can still be repaired using available parts. My 2 cents
