Yes the hydralic oil is leaking into the oil pan. You will need to take off the hydralic pump, the fluid is leaking past the pump shaft into the oil pan. Your pump most likely has a seal or a O ring that seals around the shaft that must be bad. If the shaft has a groove worn into it you will need to put a speedy sleeve on the shaft.
