As long as the gasket set fits the motor, they should work, regardless of what pistions are in it. Firecrater is IH's name for stepped head pistions. If you are concerned about the piston hitting the head you will have to measure the clearance. Unless you have gone crazy with the cam, the valves touching the pistons should not be a problem either.
