Phil, My first suggestion is to find a more competent radiator repair shop. The two bottom mounting bolts fit into BLIND bosses that are soldered into the base of the radiator (at least on my A and B). I completed a similar repair by removing the leaking boss (leaked AROUND the boss), welding a flat washer to the boss and then soldering the boss/flatwasher onto good bottom tank metal. I don't know how permanent this repair will be but so far it hasn't leaked in fifteen years ! Ed
