It would be a fist for me as 50 lbs or more oil pressure will overcome 14lbs of radatior pressure . And like allen said pull it down atleast the pan and pressure up the rad to about 18-20 lbs and look . all you are out is a pan gskt. and also the valve cover i did have a 1066 that the soft plugs in the head were leaking .
