I don't know what they are, but I would not put grade 2 bolts in there without knowing. I suspect they are a grade 5 or 8 bolt. I've bought a few of these wheel bolts from IH dealer and surely they would not charge like that for a grade 2 bolt. The square head bolts are readily available in grade 2 (as you are probably aware) from several sources. The higher grades in square head are not so easy to find and when you find them, they are expensive.
