Hopefully coolant did'nt find a way in one of your cylinders from blown headgasket,etc. This creates a condition called hydrostatic lock meaning the liquid that gets in the cylinder affected won't compress and making you think the engine is seized up.Pull ALL the spark plugs out and try to crank-er over and see if antifreeze blows out of one of the holes??
