Hi Andy, Strap the tank to a cement mixer and add some small pee gravel or clean sand. Should be polished clean in a couple hours at the most. After you clean it then I would add some heavy oil or a sealer of some type so it won't rust so fast on the upper half of the tank. T_Bone
