My TD24 was "in hock" for at least 10 years while it was having an engine transplant. When it came time to start it I poured about 20 gallon of diesel in the tank which already had about 20 gallon of old fuel and once tuned it runs fine and usually starts on the first revolution. I poured some Stabil in it today, about 4 months too late.
