I dont know if OEM tractor makes it or not,but mine was missing too and I made one.Just take construction paper,cut and bend,tape the corners and trial fit it.Then transfer this to sheetmetal.I hinged mine on the front so it opens from the back,so it doesnt hit the deluxe seat and wont stay open.I used a bead roller to put a "raised panel" area in the top to stiffen it.
