If it is a 140, it was produced in 1958, the first year of production. Don't know what photos you have looked at but if it is a 140 it is offset, ie the seat and platform are to the right of the engine. Check the tractor photos, under Galleries on this site. Don't know what the EE is as it is listed as not used in Guy Fay's data book, which covers only through the 30 series. The 140 has 24 inch rear tires and drop axles. 140 hi-clear has 36 inch rears. If the rear wheels slide in and out on the axles it could be one of numerous tractors.
