Hi Bugsy, a B250 is a breed of its own when it comes to snow blowing. They are gutsy little tractors and would easily have the power to run a 6 or a 6.5 wide snowblower. The problem with them is the speed of the rear gearing, they back up very quickly at high rpm's and this creates a problem with snowblowing. You can compensate for this by taking smaller cuts at the snow or raising the blower off the ground a bit for the first pass, then making a second pass with the blower right down. As to the snow going through the blower most of the first snowfalls are wet and slushy underneath because the ground isn;t frozen, wet snow won't fly very far, good cold weather and new snow will blow better. The condition of the blower is very important. If there is rust inside the blower pipe , slush or wet snow will stick to it...a blower should be sanded and painted so that the inside of the chute is smooth, cold snow will flow through it like water through a pipe, wet snow can clog it up in a second, keep your rpm's up...I've never put my blower on the B250 because of the fast gearing in reverse but I'm sure I could blow snow with it by compensating as I suggested...good luck and don't get stuck!...Mike in Exeter Ontario
