another pic effort- bear with me

If this comes up, it"s when I brought my W-4 and WD-6 home on
my "new" truck.
If it doesn"t come up, then it"s just a PITA.
I guess it"s getting too late for me!
My pic starts out as a JPG, so I don"t know what happens to it
from there. How come I can rebuild an engine, but can"t get this
right? Aren"t there step by step directions for this sort of thing?
