The other suggestions are the best route of course, but if ya want the true "farmer way" to get that out...or if you're 40+ miles from noplace like I am and NEED to get it out NOW, go find a big bolt, 1" or so, and cut it off with your hacksaw so it's about 2" long under the bolt head. Then go to work on it with your bench grinder and grind it square until you can just lightly tap it into the plug with a hammer(the tapping will help loosen the plug, by the way). Then you can use this "tool" to take the plug out. If ya want to get really fancy, you can even heat the "tool" up cherry red with your torch then quench it in old oil to "harden" it...then, most important of all...try to put it someplace where you can find it the next time ya need it....if you're like me, that's the toughest part right there!
