Measure the square, I believe it may be 5/8 not sure, then go to your local welding shop and ask them for an 18 inch or so piece of COLD rolled solid square stock, have them bend a 90 degree in about 2 or so inches. Use cold rolled vs hot rolled because of the hardness, Then you have a tool for that odd size plug. I had this done a couple years ago, i think it cost me about 6$. Hope this helps
