Regular or F20 Question...

Howdy, guys...haven't been around much lately, been trying to get through the holidays and getting ready for our new addition(baby girl) due in April. The old '27 Regular I've been working on for the last year is supposed to be hers, and my 5 yr old tells me I have to have it done before she gets here. Anyway, the throttle lever(one closest to operator) has a cast hole in the arm. I've seen this in pictures of other Reg's and F20's. Anyone know what this is for? Thanks in advance, Kevin
