Looking for some direction here. For the past couple of years I've been using a 12volt starter pack to start one of my tractors. It doesn't get used often and really, I've probably only started it using the 12volt method 20 to 30 times. I recently tried to start it up and encountered a problem. The starter will not turn it over ! I took the starter off to check for obstructions such as a mouse nest and there was nothing. I was able to turn both the starter and the motor over manually. So I'm looking for some advice. When I hit the starter, there is alway a spark from the leads, but never any starter movement. Any ideas would be appreciated. Best Regards Brian Carter.
