A 4.00/4.80 x 12" will fill the bill. Should cost of the order of $8. Would recommend you consider cutting a piece of the old tube about the size of a silver dollar in size and punch a hole in it as close as possible to the diameter of the stem where it comes thru the rim; and slip it over the stem on installation. This will prevent the relatively sharp edge of the old rim damaging the new tube. Worked for me. Joe Howard
