Farmall M radiator gurgling

Mid-summer I did some work on my M. Had radiator restored and installed new Temp gauge. No problems til last week. Was clearing some snow(1 hr.) When I shut her down the radiator was gurgling pretty good.(Front grille not covered)(15 degrees outside) Was a little low on coolant. Added anti-freeze but know mixture is more water than a-f. Didn't brush snow away from gauges.(Temp around 230)
Moved snow tonite and heard rad. gurgling and spewing lite brown liquid out overflow.(Temp 190)
Do I drain and fill 50/50? I hope I haven't damaged anything. The temp gauge barely even moved in the summer during use. I really would appreciate any help. Thanks
