Kelly: Glad to see you with the 400 home. When first reported this, I feared you would never get the tractor without it costing you a lot of money. I dare say there has been some cost involved. I'm betting you will be a whole lot more careful where you park you tractors in future. Interesting, when one makes a mistake it costs him money, when a govt. bureaucrat makes a mistake everyone pays.
