F12 Value – again

I just finished searching thru the archives and it appears that a good running F12 for about 1500 is the going rate. (I thought perhaps they were worth more??) I am about to call on a 1938 F12 and need advice as it relates to proper questions, this is what I plan on asking about it: is it buried up to the axles
is engine running or if not is it stuck
steel wheels or rubber
front end single of double wheel anything else I should consider
