Farmall F 12 tractor value

I have a F12 in my garage which my Grandfather restored in the 1960's , it has not moved in 20 years . Repainted , steel on the back and cut down rubber [2] front tires/ wheels. It was never rusty or anything. I understand they are not too valuable but just looking for a idea of what to ask.
I believe it to be complete easily started.Anything I should look for ?
