It could be as simple as the pipe on the right isn't screwed in tight.
If you do have to drop the pump, you should be able to separate the drive dog by taking two cotter pins out of the coupling and sliding it apart. Then drain the pump, remove the three pipes and fill cap, and use one of the methods you can find recommended by doing a search from the bar at the top of the page. Just type in "remove Liftall."
