Still having Mag problems on a model B

I am having issues with the spark on my B, after sitting outside for amonth it would not start, I have recently replaced the coil, condensor, points, cap, and rotor. after checking for spark I took off the coil cap and found alot of condensation, I dryed, and finally got it running, now again I cannot get it running by the hand crank, when i hand crank it I get no spark, when I push it I can get it running. Is there somthing still wrong with the mag or? Also this is a 1939, do I need lead addative for the fuel?
