Tony,I just took all the lugs off my f14,and gave them away,however they were wore out.Steel wheels make it harder to move around and play with.I relined the exact wheels you have with rubber,by cutting the middle out of a 12.4x38 used tractor tire and pressing it over the wheel,then bolting it on with short carrage bolts.The tractor actually looks good Jimmy 304-725-1037
