If it has Hydra Touch it can run the PS.Thats how the factory did it.The pressure block on PS models has an additional valve in combination to the regular regulating valve that controls system pressure for attachments (loader,Fast Hitch,etc).
A leaking underbelly means the trans/TA seals are gone.El Splitto time. IH made only one loader for the early Ute,that was the U34 Power Loader....the one made with tubular piping.It was mainly a manure loader.
