Dan, you will be surprised how quickly an M will cover that distance. I do some custom work for a friend 12 miles from the farm and its 18 to my favourite machine shop. Tractors make those trips regularly.
My neighbour was telling me that when his Dad bought his first M in 1939 they had to pick it up in London Ontario and drive it home to the farm, about 40 miles..an easy afternoon drive for an M !-.......Mike in Exeter Ontario
