Short answer, yes.

You will need the steering arm for the H and also the set-back steel plate for the H.

Both the steering arm and set-back steel plate are larger and wider for the M.

If you don't mind the front end sticking out farther in front (longer wheelbase) you don't need to bother with the set-back plate.
