Dave from MN, I may be out of line with this but that brass quick opening valve in the picture should not be in hydraulic service. Brass valves and fittings do not handle pressure or temp. well at all. I will take a chance on sticking my nose in to speak up for safety. If I am out of line I will gladly take my lumps rather than get somebody hurt.
