You definitely have a fuel starvation problem. Others have given you good places to look for the cause. It could be a restriction in the tank, fuel line, sediment bowl under the tank, or a fuel filter if there is one. Could be manifold gasket leak, you can check by spraying carb cleaner around the manifold. If the engine picks up rpm you found a leak. Basically, think it through and keep checking until you find the cause.
