Leaking Gear Oil from an M

Recently put new gear oil in the M, and filled it up to the proper level. Now it�s leaking from both axle ends, and right in front of the front gear oil drain plug (the little drain plug at the front end of the gear case). Not real bad leaks, just the occasional drips, but its making a mess of my barn floor, not to mention after spending $120 on gear oil, it breaks my heart to see it leaking out onto the floor. Anyone got any simple fixes to slow or stop the leaks, or do I just have to live with them?
