You need to check your battery with a volt meter
to see what the charging voltage is. With 1/2 to 3/4 throttle the voltage should read 7 to 7.25 volts. If this voltage is near this, your battery may be the problem. You should check the cells with a hydromometer to mearsure the elecrolyte in each cell and compare the readings.
Each cell reading should be close to one another.
