S/M Charging Woes

Gentleman,
My Super M is not charging. The battery is good. I get the correct amps/volts at the generator, and the corresponding terminals on the cutout relay/regulator. However, no amps at the ammeter. I tried putting on a different relay/regulator, but that didn't help. I would appreciate your expertise if you have any ideas or methods to check each different component in the system.
