Doug, If your 3414 had a factory backhoe, more than likely it does not have the rockshavft for a three point hitch. It also probably does not have a PTO. The easiest route for the three point hitch would be to add a aftermarket hitch using external cylinders unless your tractor does have the rockshaft in place. If you have the rockshaft the hitch from a B-275, B-414, B-424, B-444 and some other later tractors will fit. The PTO is a different story. If your tractor has a pto, good. if not, it would be very difficult to add as the pto tractors used a dual clutch and if your 3414 was not factory equipped with a pto, it does not have this or other internal parts necessary for the pto. The 3414 could be ordered from factory with backhoe, rockshaft less hitch, and pto, but we never sold one like that as all we sold and most sold everywhere with backhoes, never intended to remove the backhoe.
