Not Dot Head Bolts

I have seen this on other Farmall tractors I have worked on and have wondered what the deal was (now I am working on a Cub). Some of the bolts are not the traditional dot head bolts, but instead have the letters FC on the head. Are these factory bolts or have they been changed. For example, some of the final drive lower cover bolts were dot head and some were the FC ones on my Cub. Roger
