I agree with gene b. I would try to find the cause of the problem before I started canablizing my tractor. If you don't know the exact source of the noise how will you know what parts to replace? Besides new fluids might be all you need. Dave

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
