To my knowledge, the only 4 items on a 424 that will interchange with a 404 would be the rear fuel tank hood, two fuel tank hood skirts and the dash skirt. Other than that, VERY few items on a 424 are the same as a 404. Different engine, different clutch housing, different rear end, different 3pt top cover, different hydraulics, Might have the same front end but, I think the radiator is different too.
