Dead H-clutch/tranny?

Had the H hooked up grinding feed last week when all of a sudden it stopped dead. Thought I must have really shelled out the grinder this time. Spent 1/2 hour going over it, nothing wrong. Unhooked it from H, started up the tractor, let out the clutch and killed it instantly. Engine starts and runs fine but kills as soon as you let out the clutch, even in neutral. Any suggestions where to start looking?
