My first question would be why? -- it will mess up your ground speed in each gear, along with the pulling power. H/M hubs will not fit, the C axle is smaller. That said, you can probably take 38 inch rims and weld or rivet taller clamps similar to the ones on your C rim to use with your existing hubs. I have seen pictures of a C with taller rims somewhere.
