Well if you have gone that far pull the pand and take the rods loose so you can drive it out or pull the sleeve with the piston in it. Also if all you ever did was try to turn it over by hand instead of the starter you will never get it to turn. I have an H that was locked up and all I ever had to pull was the valve cover because of a stuck valve.
