I realize your 454 has a lot of British components, maybe even completely British with Lucas electrical. Some of those tractors were assembled at Louisville using Delco electrical. I'm not sure if 454 was assembled at Louisville.

I would think IH included that diagram in manual regardless of where tractor was assembled. Just watch that if buying a manual, make sure you get the right one. Tractors I am most familiar with are Farmalls and they all had excellent diagrams for wiring.
